WARNING: The problems in RIC 2 are substantially harder than RIC 1.

Hi again. Given the success (?) of RIC 1, we have created 5 new problems. Unlike RIC 1, we will do our best to monitor clarifications during the 1 week window. One problem was reused from RIC 1. To ensure that everyone has an equal chance, no contestant has solved this problem (other than me) in contest. Don't worry, it isn't Kroll.
